Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Pre-ordered items are puchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock, any canceled orders/items will be issued store credit only.
