ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled and money will not be refunded. We are forced to implement this policy due to high costs of doing business online. If you feel that you made a mistake, please email us right away and we will be happy to issue a store credit or do an exchange for another item of equal value.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. If you have any questions about measurements or sizing, Please email and we will be happy to help you.
 
Full price, in stock items can be returned for a refund or a store credit, as long as they are returned within 10 days of receipt and have all tags attached. Excluding Swimwear, Underwear and Hosiery.
 
Sale, Past Season or Promotional Merchandise, returned within 10 days of receipt, will be issued a store credit or can exchanged for another item of equal or larger value. All items that are not Full retail price are considered Sale items.
 
Holiday, Custom items & Seasonal apparel such as Christmas & Halloween, will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and any time after the Holiday.
 
 
Special Orders:
 
We can special order almost any item we show in a current season. If you are looking for a special size or item and do not see please contact us and we can let you know if available. All special orders are non refundable and can be returned for store credit only
 
Returns Policy:
 
At Koolkloz, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. When returning an item to us, you must:

[1] return the item in original packaging.
[2] in condition that it was received, with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
[3] include the packing slip with obtained Return Authorization Number.

A Few Things To Note:
-you are responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return|exchange is the result of our error.
-if you received the item as a gift, you must provide a gift receipt.
-if you are returning an item that is on clearance from past collections, we can only issue you a store credit.
-we cannot refund any special promotions or discounts, shipping costs unless the return|exchange is the result of a our error.
-the shipping fee will be deducted, if you are returning an item from an order that was qualified for free shipping. [For example, if you purchase an outfit: pants, top and cardigan and your order qualified for free shipping, when returning any of these items, your shipping fee will be deducted from the refund]

Kool Kloz reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. The customer must pay all costs related to the return.

Before returning an item, you must obtain a [RAN] Return Authorization Number. Include the order number, name, address and identify the item(s) you'd like to return. Once you receive an authorization number, you can send the item(s) to the following address:

Please Note: we will not process returns without our Return Authorization Number [RAN] located on or close to the shipping label and on the original receipt inside the package. 
 
If you are exchanging for another size or item it is recommended you purchase the item or size you want and we will refund the return when received. Otherwise we can not guarantee the items will be in stock.
 
  
PLEASE NOTE: Any other returns received after 10 days of receipt will be ISSUED A STORE CREDIT AT CURRENT SELLING PRICE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS.
 
ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS
 
Pettiskirts can be exchanged only for a different size or color.
